Our returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you would like to return your item, you will be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, on all full priced items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to honour your return.

Which size should I order
All of our garments have a detailed size chart available for you on the product display page, this will help you determine which dress is best for your body before purchasing.
Please reference the measurements around your bust for the best determination for your size. The main measurements of the garment are the bust, measured underarm to underarm.
Shipping
Taxes & Duties
Any taxes and duties payable in countries outside of Singapore will be added to your order total and paid at checkout. Each country has their own tax and custom fees.
How do I track my order?
The team at Risen Collective will send you a confirmation email once you make a purchase. You will be able to track the status of your order.
Garment Care
How do I care for my Risen Collective garment
As our garments are hand made, and a part of the circular economy, the cotton and lyocell fabrics are delicate and require extra love and care. We recommend gentle hand washing only when needed and line drying. Please avoid machine washing and electric dryers to ensure the fabric is protected.
