SINGAPORE DELIVERY
Shipping & Returns
Shipping across Singapore is free. All orders within Singapore will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders to Australia and Hong Kong are free.
Other International shipping is free on orders that are SGD$180 or above. For all other orders, we will apply a flat rate of $20.
International shipping will be with FedEx, DHL, Aramex, QExpress or Singpost. Signature on delivery may be required required.
RETURNS
Risen Collective hopes that customers love their products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your item, we will be happy to offer you a refund, credit note or exchange on full price products within 14 days of your purchase.
Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original invoice/receipt and in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. Refunds do not apply to sale items. Products must not have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. A refund of shipping may be provided in the case of damaged or faulty items. All postage and handling costs on returns will be the responsibility of the customer (for now, we are hoping to offer a free service as we grow). We recommend you return any orders via tracking as we cannot accept any responsibility for returned orders.
